Route through the Sierra de Aguafría in the municipality of Monesterio, a part of Extremadura's geography with little traffic that has spectacular landscapes. Go up to one of the areas  highest altitude in the province of Badajoz. 

It rises to  two peaks with more than 1,000 meters high, the Alto de Sierrafría and the Alto del Castillo, the latter has a viewpoint from which we can contemplate spectacular views, the mountain range has the typical mountain vegetation with a predominance of pines, oaks and chestnuts.
